Production Operatives – 4 Days / 4 Nights
Location: Trafford Park
Shift Pattern: 4 Days / 4 Nights, followed by 4 days off-12 hour shifts
Job Type: Temp to Perm
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who are looking for a permanent role working a 4 days / 4 nights shift pattern.
The Role
As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment and machinery
- Following production procedures and meeting quality standards
- Carrying out cleaning and hygiene duties to a high standard
- Working safely and following all company health & safety procedures
- Completing production records and paperwork accurately
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Reporting any equipment, quality or production issues to your supervisor
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a hygiene/food manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Good understanding of workplace hygiene and cleaning standards
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work 4 days / 4 nights
- A forklift licence or previous forklift experience is an advantage
- A good attitude towards health, safety and quality
