A fantastic opportunity has become available to join Karma Beauty & Aesthetics – one of Essex’s most loved, award-winning and recently renovated beauty salons.
Based in the heart of West Mersea, Colchester (CO5 8QT), we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Beautician to join our friendly, supportive team on a permanent contract averaging 35 hours per week (hours can be negotiated for the right candidate).

About the Role
You’ll carry out a variety of treatments including facials, brows, waxing, massage, nails and advanced skin treatments, delivering exceptional customer care while helping every client leave feeling their very best.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional treatments and customer service.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Is reliable, motivated and eager to continue learning.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own transport.
Experience in gel nails, massage or lash treatments is an advantage but isn’t essential. If you have the right attitude and a genuine passion for the industry, we’d still love to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits
From £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
