Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will help maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our guest accommodation, ensuring every room and shared area is welcoming, hygienic, and well presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to an excellent standard.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all surfaces and floors.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely.
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
- Follow all health and safety and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules and guest check-in times.
- Support a positive and cooperative working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Friendly and professional attitude when dealing with guests or colleagues.
- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items when required.

Hours and Pay
- Part-time and flexible hours available.
- £13–£15 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Blackpool (FY1 area).
