Pot & Rice is a modern Pan-Asian restaurant known for our creative menu and vibrant dining atmosphere. Our Soho location is a busy, fast-paced site where we focus on providing great food and efficient service — whether customers are dining in or ordering takeaway.
We’re currently looking for Full Time Front of House team members to join our Soho branch. This role is perfect for someone reliable, proactive, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks that keep the restaurant running smoothly.
The Role
As part of our Front of House team at Soho, your responsibilities will be varied and hands-on. You’ll be a key part of the customer experience by:
- Cleaning and clearing tables quickly and efficiently
- Keeping the dining area tidy and well-presented
- Packing takeaway and delivery orders neatly and correctly
- Delivering food to nearby customers (on foot or bike)
- Occasionally assisting the kitchen team with dishwashing and general kitchen support
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar hands-on roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Friendly, helpful attitude with a strong work ethic
- Attention to cleanliness and detail
- Willing to assist across multiple areas of the restaurant
- Fluent English essential; additional languages such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
