Pro-active enthusiastic person required to assist the bathroom fitter with installations & further themselves to become a Bathroom Fitter.
Experience with the following tasks is essential, knowledge of basic pipe & plumbing methodology would be required along with skills from within the construction industry would be an advantage.
The job will include the following tasks: -
Pipe/cable running.
Make available to him when required tools/fittings/ancillary items.
Mixing up adhesives.
Cutting/fitting plasterboard.
Cutting timber.
Grouting.
Replacing floors.
Using hand tools.
Using power tools, keeping batteries charged.
Making up basins/toilets/towel warmer/radiators.
Fitting of the above to include showers/baths/screens etc.
Cutting wall & floor tiles.
Making tea/coffee etc.
Tidying up work area.
Keeping up van stock levels.
Keeping van tidy.
Cleaning tools.
Painting.
+ Any other tasks associated with bathroom fitting.
Hours approx. 7am – 3pm, an average week is around 35-38hrs.
28 Days holiday pay.
It is essential for you to drive; company transport is provided to & from the office to the job.
This is a temporary to full-time position.
Pay grade depending on age and experience.
Pension depending on age.
