We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a modern, brand new, purpose built Dental Centre of Excellence in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for strong NHS earning potential alongside the opportunity to build a private patient base within a supportive clinical environment.
About the Role
- Full or Part time
- Start Date: November 2026
- UDA Rate: £15 per UDA
- UDA Target: 1,000 UDAs per working day per year — 5,000 UDAs annually for 5 days
- Private Split: 45%
- Lab Bills: 50:50
- Golden Hello / Relocation Package: Up to £20,000 for dentists undertaking 5,000+ UDAs, paid as:
- Year 1: £10,000
- Year 2: £5,000
- Year 3: £5,000
- Foundation dentists welcome to apply
Practice Details
- Type: Modern Dental Centre of Excellence
- Surgeries: 18
- Patient Base: Well-established patient list
- Equipment: CBCT, OPG, digital intraoral scanners and intraoral cameras in every surgery
- Facilities: Patient TVs in surgeries
- Team: Supportive and experienced clinical team
Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist
- NHS Performer Number required
