The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, hungry Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team on either a self-employed or employed basis. This is a genuine opportunity to build and develop your own mortgage and protection book within a supportive, established firm.

- Whole of market access — full panel for residential mortgages, buy-to-let, and protection
- Access to commercial finance, bridging finance, and specialist/complex lending

Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on residential mortgages, buy-to-let, and protection products
- Building and developing your mortgage and protection client base
- Handling referrals from the existing Sterling Wealth client bank
- Exploring and advising on specialist finance and commercial lending opportunities where appropriate
- Maintaining compliant, accurate client records and advice files
What We're Looking For
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and authorised to advise
- Some experience in mortgage and protection advice is preferable, though ambitious candidates earlier in their career are welcome to apply
- Self-motivated with a hunger to build a book and grow your earnings
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team player who values working collaboratively alongside other professionals
