Bench Joiner and Installation Manager, Ashby De La Zouch
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Installation Manager, with experience in bench joinery to join a business in Ashby De La Zouch on a permanent basis.
In this Installation Manager role you will take ownership of installations from handover to completion. To support this you will plan and coordinate schedules, labour, materials and resources and lead and develop your team.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have previously worked as a Bench Joiner. We are seeking an Installation Manager with previous experience leading and supervising installation teams, within a bespoke kitchen, fitted furniture, joinery or a similar installation environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of an Bench Joiner and Installation Manager:
- Take ownership of installations from production handover through to final completion.
- Plan installation schedules and coordinate labour, materials and resources.
- Lead and develop the installation team, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
- Work closely with production, design and project teams to ensure projects are installation-ready.
- Manage site issues, client communication, quality inspections and final sign-off.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to exceptional standards.
Experience and Skills required for this Bench Joiner Installation Manager position:
- Bench Joiner experience
- Proven experience within bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture, joinery or a similar installation environment.
- Previous experience leading or supervising installation teams.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Commitment to quality, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
