Thatziki is growing! From a food truck just three years ago to multiple buzzing sites, we’ve built a strong presence across Manchester - and our Kargo MKT site in Salford Quays is at the heart of it.
We’ve been open here for over 3 years, and it’s safe to say this is one of our busiest (if not the busiest) sites. We’re now looking for Team Members to join the team and help us keep up with the pace.
What you’ll do:
- Get hands-on in the kitchen: prepping, cooking, and assembling our signature dishes
- Work across the full operation - from kitchen to serving customers and taking orders
- Keep standards high in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Work as part of a tight, experienced team. Supporting the GM with operational tasks as and when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Any food or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential - we’ll teach you everything
- Someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment
- Reliable, positive, and up for getting stuck in
- Passion for great food and good customer service.
