THE ROLE: HEAD EVENT CHEF
As our Head Event Chef, you’ll be the culinary captain on the ground — leading teams, owning the food execution, and making sure every event runs smoothly, deliciously, and on time. Our events are across the South West so a driving license is essential for this role.
You’ll:
- Lead and inspire event kitchen teams on-site
- Oversee prep, execution, and service at live events
- Maintain exceptional food quality under pressure
- Collaborate on menus and event concepts
- Manage logistics, stock, and food safety like a pro
- Be calm, confident, and solutions-focused.
YOU’RE PROBABLY:
- An experienced chef with event or high-volume service under your belt
- A natural leader who people actually enjoy working with
- Organised, adaptable, and cool under pressure
- Passionate about bold flavours and beautiful presentation
- Not afraid of long days, fast turnarounds, and exciting challenges
