Join our Tower Hamlets Reset Recovery Team as a Volunteer!
Are you passionate about helping others create lasting change? As a Recovery Support Volunteer, you'll work alongside Recovery Coordinators to support individuals throughout their treatment and recovery journey. From one-to-one support to recovery planning, you'll help people build confidence, overcome challenges, and move towards a healthier future.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

Support assessments, recovery plans, and risk management activities.

Provide one-to-one support and recovery-focused interventions.

Help service users achieve their personal recovery goals.

Encourage engagement with recovery activities and community support.

Work towards managing a small caseload of low-risk clients.

Record and maintain accurate case notes and service records.

Ability to work well with a range of professionals and services.

Respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries.
This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to gain experience of volunteering within the substance misuse field. You will be part of a supportive team and will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop within the role.
