Overview
We are currently seeking an individual to join our team at Roos, Cardiff's new bar and kitchen located in Sophia Gardens. This person will need to be able to perform any and all cleaning tasks, as well as to help with prep for the kitchen and the bar team. This role requires you to be the only person in the venue overnight from 11-7 Wednesday-Sunday.
Duites
- Perform closing tasks
- clean the venue during the alloted 7 hours.
- Help with any opening tasks required.
- Perform any prep tasks required for the kitchen and the bar (peeling vegetables, prepping mint and juices on the bar etc.)
- Be the only person in the venue at night and help to watch over the venue.
Qualifications
- Ability to remain alert, vigilant, and professional during overnight hours for extended periods
- Previous experience in security or surveillance is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Previous knowledge or expierience in cleaning a venue to the highest standars
- Be able to perform any cleaning or opening/closing tasks required of you.
Hours
11PM-6AM Monday-Sunday

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
