This is a full time position (44 hours per week), and you will be required to work a range of shifts from 7:30am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Main purpose of the role:
To undertake the overall day to day management of the nursery, ensuring the nursery follows the current policies, procedures and legislations and that the Daisy Chain philosophy is abided by. Ensuring the children are always safe and well looked after. To be a good role model to the children and colleagues, managing and motivating the team, creating a happy working environment and adhering to the Daisy Chain ethos.
Essential Criteria
o A childcare and education qualification equivalent to Level 3
o Maths level 2
o A minimum of 4 years post qualifying in a Day care Setting
o Experience of leading and supporting a team
o Current safeguarding training
o To hold a current First Aid Certificate
Desirable Criteria
o A Degree in Early Years Childcare and Education
o Management qualification
