Responsibilities

- Ensuring all work surfaces, floors, and storage areas are kept clean and organised
- Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Supporting the kitchen team during service periods to ensure smooth operations
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure continuous workflow
- Adhering to all health and safety policies within the kitchen environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, or culinary activities is advantageous
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles can be beneficial for understanding customer service standards
- No formal qualifications are required; however, a keen interest in food service and hospitality is preferred
