Role
East Ayrshire Citizens Advice Bureau (EACAB) is a progressive and innovative advice organisation dedicated to providing free, impartial, and confidential advice to local communities. We offer both generalist advice and specialist casework services to support people in need across East Ayrshire.
We are seeking an highly organised, experienced and values-driven Triage and Referral Co-ordinator to support the Family Forward Ayrshire project, an ambitious whole-family support programme funded through the Scottish Government's Whole Family Support Third Sector Delivery Fund to join the team in East Ayrshire Citizens Advice Bureau in Kilmarnock. This role is offered on a temporary basis until March 2027 with extension subject to funding and is offered at 35 hours per week. Part time or job share will be considered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective triage and administrative co-ordination for this project .
