Welcome to The Play Company
At The Play Company, we don't just build play areas, we create the places where childhood happens.
From the UK to Europe and the US, we design and manufacture one-of-a-kind play environments that spark imagination, laughter, and adventure. As a family-run business, we believe the best experiences, for our customers and our team, come from care, craftsmanship, and people who genuinely enjoy what they do.
What you organise today... helps create tomorrow's adventures.
Why This Role Feels Different
This isn't just warehouse management, it's being at the centre of everything we do.
Every product that enters our warehouse and every project that leaves it plays a part in creating exciting play spaces enjoyed by thousands of children. You'll be responsible for keeping materials, products, people, and processes moving efficiently, ensuring our projects are delivered on time and to the high standards we're known for.
You'll have the opportunity to lead a team, improve processes, and make a genuine impact on the success of a growing business.
We trust our people, value their ideas, and believe work should feel supportive, rewarding, and even a little fun.
After all, we're crafting fun.
The Role: Warehouse Manager
We're growing, and we're looking for an organised, proactive, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our team.
You’ll take ownership of our warehouse operations, ensuring stock is controlled, deliveries are coordinated, and our facilities operate safely and efficiently.
This is a leadership role, but it's also a practical one. You'll lead from the front, working closely with the warehouse team, manufacturing, purchasing, and project departments to ensure materials and products are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there.
You'll be trusted to manage the day-to-day operation while continually looking for ways to improve efficiency, organisation, and performance.

- Promoting a positive, high-performing team culture
- Supporting operational activities when required, including hands-on warehouse duties
