About the Role:
Leeds is one of the UKs leading business and technology hubs, and at Blokho Digital Solutions Ltd, we bring that same practical and forward thinking approach to the way businesses operate. We help organisations improve processes, make better use of data, and build efficient digital workflows that support sustainable growth.
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Leeds. This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, identifying opportunities for improvement, and turning operational data into practical recommendations.
You will work closely with teams across technology, finance, customer operations, and project delivery. You will help translate business challenges into clear processes, useful reports, and measurable improvements.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our Leeds office is based in a modern business workspace close to the city centre, with excellent transport links, collaborative meeting areas, and a comfortable environment designed for focused work and team collaboration.
Business Impact: Your analysis will directly contribute to improving internal processes, service delivery, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Modern Tools: We use modern business intelligence, project management, collaboration, and reporting tools to make decisions based on reliable information rather than assumptions.
Growth: We support professional development through training, mentoring, industry events, and opportunities to take ownership of increasingly complex operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Analysis: Review business processes, workflows, performance indicators, and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards that help managers understand performance and make informed decisions.
Process Improvement: Work with internal teams to document existing processes and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary work.
Data Validation: Check operational information for accuracy and consistency and work with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
Cross Functional Support: Collaborate with finance, technology, customer operations, and project teams to understand business requirements and support operational initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Track agreed operational metrics and highlight emerging issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, reporting, process improvement, or a related commercial environment.
Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, operational data, performance reports, and business metrics. Experience with Excel and business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
Communication: You can explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non technical colleagues and turn complex information into practical recommendations.
Problem Solving: You are naturally curious and enjoy finding the reason behind operational problems rather than simply reporting that they exist.
Organisation: You can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver analysis within agreed deadlines.
Mindset: You are pragmatic and commercially aware. You understand that good analysis should lead to practical action and measurable business improvement.
Pay: £2,434.00-£2,543.00 per month
Work Location: In person
