The Role
As a Trainee Manager, you'll begin by learning every aspect of our sales and marketing campaigns, giving you a solid understanding of the business before moving into leadership responsibilities.
Working alongside experienced managers, you'll receive hands-on coaching in team development, campaign management, and leadership, gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and deliver our sales and marketing campaigns to develop a strong understanding of our client portfolio.
- Shadow experienced managers to gain practical insight into coaching, leadership, and team development.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
- Participate in ongoing leadership training, mentoring, and personal development programmes.
- Progress towards managing your own team and taking responsibility for performance and results.
