BHP Maintenance Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing maintenance team.
We carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works across social housing, commercial and residential properties. We're looking for reliable operatives who take pride in their work, work independently, and are looking for long-term, consistent work.
The Role
You will carry out a variety of reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied, void and commercial properties.
The successful candidate will be able to diagnose faults, complete repairs to a high standard, communicate professionally with tenants, clients and colleagues, and represent BHP Maintenance with a positive attitude.

Requirements
- Proven Multi-Trader experience
- Good plumbing skills and general multi-trade experience
- Experience in reactive maintenance, social housing or commercial maintenance
- Own hand tools
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused
