Front of house & Vehicle Mot Tester Assistant

Full UK drivers license required
Salary: (dependent on experience) + includes end of year performance bonus
Working days: Part time but will include Working every other Saturday
We are looking for a dedicated punctual committed person to join our thriving business, working along side our mot testers to insure the smooth running of the day to day operation of the business
The role
- We are Looking for friendly & organised Front of house ( FOH ) Assistant to be the face of our MOT centre you will welcome customers, manage bookings & ensure smooth communication between the front desk + mot testers
- also assisting mot tester when needed driving vehicles in & out of mot bay.
- Dealing with customers, answering the phone & arranging bookings.
- There will be other tasks throughout your day.
- support administrative tasks & mot test workshop coordination
- confident using a computer
- friendly & professional attitude
- keeping the reception & mot bay clean & tidy
- full training Will be given
- Opportunity to grow within buisness
- Must have full UK driving license
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate excellent communication & customer service skills & team work have a positive attitude in the work environment.
Having experience in motor trade would be a benefit but not necessary as full training will be given & shown a opportunity to grow within the business
