Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A clean driving license would be an advantage.

- Experience on commercial or industrial sites (preferred)

- PPE must be worn at all times (hard hat, hi-vis, boots, gloves, etc.)
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor and indoor site environments
- Physically demanding tasks
- Variable weather conditions
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work as required)
- Potential for long shifts depending on site needs Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist skilled trades such as bricklayers, carpenters, and plumbers
- Set up and take down site compound areas, fencing, signage, and hoardings
- Operate basic tools and machinery (if trained)
- Mix mortar or other construction materials
- Follow site health and safety protocols at all times
- Support delivery and storage of materials
- Report hazards or safety issues to supervisors
- Carry out basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, or sanding under supervision
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
- Participate in site preparation and clean-up activities.
- Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
