We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will manage telephone calls, emails, and customer enquiries while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop.
This is a key role within the business, helping customers understand their vehicle needs and ensuring excellent communication between customers and our technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer email enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Book MOTs, servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and tyre appointments.
- Provide quotations and explain vehicle work in a clear and understandable manner.
- Liaise with technicians regarding vehicle progress and relay updates to customers.
- Contact customers regarding additional work authorisations.
- Manage workshop diaries and booking schedules.
- Process invoices and customer payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Follow up with customers after visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the promotion of additional services where appropriate.
- Assist with general reception and administrative duties.
Pay: £24,420.00-£38,841.32 per year
