We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Weekend Carer to provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure the well-being of clients during weekends. We are looking for a caring, compassionate, reliable, weekend Community Care Workers, to join our friendly team.
As a Community Care Worker you will support people within their own homes, helping them to remain independent and safe at all times. While delivering high- quality person- centred care.
Duties include :
Provide personal care
Assisting with medication
Preparing meals and helping with nutrition,
Companionship AND emotional support.
What we are looking for:
A kind patient and caring nature.
Good commination skills.
Reliability and flexibility
Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
