We're Hiring:
Rainbow Restoration is continuing to grow its commercial capabilities and is looking for an experienced Commercial Site Supervisor to join our team.
We're looking for someone who leads from the front, takes accountability and delivers high-quality results in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising Commercial and Major Complex Loss projects across the UK.
- Leading teams of 5–20+ technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensuring health & safety, RAMS and site compliance are maintained.
- Planning and managing labour, plant, materials and programmes of work.
- Overseeing fire, flood, mould, decontamination and reinstatement work.
- Managing relationships with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project quality, costs, deadlines and productivity.
- Identifying problems and implementing practical solutions.
- Managing conflict and challenging situations professionally.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate project records and reports.
We're looking for someone who has:

- Good commercial awareness.

- Good IT skills, including MS Office and claims management software.
Preferred qualifications include:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- IPAF
- PASMA
- First Aid

Salary negotiable depending on skillset, knowledge and experience.
Role based in the field/home environment with extensive UK travel required.
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
