Duties

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a courteous and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operational flow.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the team during busy periods by handling administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
