Join a team that takes pride in making spaces shine. Enlan Ltd is a trusted provider of Property Maintenance, Gardening, and Cleaning services across the South West. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Mobile Cleaner to join our Swindon-based team.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in different environments and making a visible impact. You’ll work in teams of two or three, and sometimes on your own, travelling to client sites in company vehicles to carry out:
- Deep cleaning of residential homes and flats
- Cleaning communal areas (e.g. stairwells, lobbies, corridors)
- Maintaining cleanliness in commercial properties
- Occasional specialist cleans (e.g. end-of-tenancy, post-renovation)
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation
You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, primarily across Swindon and surrounding areas. Occasional travel may be required to sites along the M4 corridor, including Bristol, Gloucester, Reading, and Andover.
What You’ll Need
- A full manual driving licence, Held for at least 2 years (essential)
- A clean driving record (up to 3 points acceptable)
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and attention to detail
