About Our Program
You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.
Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:

Support the Compliance team in translating regulatory requirements (food and non-food) into practical policies, processes and governance documentation.

Assist with research into local regulatory frameworks and help maintain trackers for authority contacts, product categories and compliance obligations.

Help prepare materials for risk assessments, compliance reviews and stakeholder reporting.

Support the coordination of training and awareness content aimed at building a compliance-first culture across the business.

Assist with organising and maintaining governance documentation, SOPs and internal control records.

Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting the wider build-out of the Legal and Compliance function, including process improvement and administrative support.
About You

Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Law, Business, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex information clearly.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with trackers, documents and reporting tools.

Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions in a fast-paced environment where not every answer is immediately clear.

Good written and verbal communication skills; able to work well with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Operations, Commercial).

Prior internship or coursework exposure to compliance, e-commerce, or supply chain is a plus but not required.
