We are seeking a friendly and efficient Baristato join our team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to at all times, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly service to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic maths skills.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces throughout shifts.
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with food preparation when required.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Baristaor in a similar food service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of food safetystandards is advantageous.
- Experience in servingcustomers in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
- Skills in food preparationand handling beverages are beneficial.
- Basic mathsskills are necessary for cash handling and order processing.
- Strong time managementabilities are essential to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
