What you’ll do:
- Lead the day-to-day management of the setting, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a passionate team of early years practitioners
- Develop and deliver a creative, stimulating curriculum in line with the EYFS
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards
What we’re looking for:
- A dynamic, enthusiastic leader with a passion for Early Years
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a nursery or pre-school setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice
- Excellent communication, organisation and people skills
