We are looking for friendly and energetic General Manager with excellent customer service skills, and front of house knowledge to join our dynamic team here in Swansea.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE BARISTA EXPERIENCE
We are an independent coffee shop that is always full between opening times. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a busy atmosphere, can multi-task, and are committed to creating a great work atmosphere, and experience for guests.
Our main mission is to supply great tasting and humble brunch dishes along side the perfectly made coffee.
We are looking to hire an experienced Manager to manage and open our site in Swansea.
The successful candidate must have previous management experience of managing a site, preparing rotas, ordering stock, managing staff, ensuring the site is clean and tidy and that the display cabinets look presentable and are in line with company standards.
Barista experience essential as well as positive energy, presentable and a strong work ethic.
This is a full time role of 40 hours a week arranged according to a rota which will include weekend working.
