Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone & email ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through efficient data entry and management systems.
- Apply excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyse customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of complex issues.
Experience
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in an office setting and ideally relevant experience in a similar operational, supplier-network or technology-enabled business environment
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluent English
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and confidently and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is important.

Mon - Fri - 08:30 - 17:30 / Approximately 1 in 5 Saturday's (shorter day) with a day in lieu accrued
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
