Job Description
We are looking for an experienced decorator to join our team on a residential conversion site. The role involves completing walls, ceilings, and woodwork to a high standard across multiple flats.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare new plaster (mist coats, filling, sanding, caulking)
- Paint walls and ceilings (emulsion finishes)
- Paint woodwork including skirting, architraves, doors, and frames
- Complete snagging and final touch-ups
- Maintain clean, sharp finishes throughout
- Protect floors and completed works
- Work to site schedules and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience decorating on residential conversion or refurbishment sites
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High standard of finish and attention to detail
- Own tools and transport preferred
- CSCS card preferred
