Job Title: Preschool Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified)
Location: Little Elmhurst, South Croydon
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 4 days (with a rota day off)

The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 qualified practitioner to take on the role of Preschool Room Leader. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and development for children aged 3–5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the preschool room on a day-to-day basis
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Support, motivate, and guide staff within the room
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor children’s development and maintain accurate records
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are always followed
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a preschool setting
- Leadership or senior practitioner experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
