Our family-owned village café needs a new manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and lead our small team.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Overseeing daily operations and maintaining high service standards
- Managing staff training
- Monitoring stock levels and working with suppliers
- Ensuring health & safety and hygiene standards are met
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep service flowing
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and outgoing
- Organised and reliable

- Happy working in a busy environment
- Experienced in leading others
What we offer:
- Flexible 30-45 hours per week
- Day-time shifts only! From 8am to 4.30pm
- Competitive pay from £13 onwards per hour (depending on experience)
