Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Part-Time Bar / Kitchen Team Member to join our team.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is happy to support both front-of-house bar service and back-of-house kitchen duties. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar
- Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
- Keeping the bar, kitchen and customer areas clean, organised and well stocked
- Washing up and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Taking customer orders and handling payments where required
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays if needed
- Previous bar, kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
- Must be punctual, dependable and willing to learn
