Salary: £47,122 - £49,600 (Inclusive of 10% market supplement)

Our 'Outstanding’ Children's Services would like to welcome a Social Worker with substantial social work experience to work in the Children and Young Peoples Disability team. You will have responsibility for Children in Need, those Looked After and children on a child protection plan.
Wiltshire Council provides a 0-18 disability social work service that aims to improve outcomes and make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities and their families, who require ongoing support and intervention.
The team is based county-wide with access to offices across the county. We cover a large area of Wiltshire and regular travel across the county is required at times.
Being part of the Support and Safeguarding Service, you will develop close working relationships with colleagues in children's services and the 18-25 moving on service to aid smooth transitions for young people.
This position comes with a 10% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
