Mobile Receptionist
Location: London (Zones 13)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8:00am and 6:30pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management company, specialising in delivering exceptional workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers and their staff and customers.
We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Receptionist to support a number of our prestigious client sites. This role is ideal for a confident, professional receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will be adaptable, highly organised, and able to quickly understand and meet the needs of different client locations.
Provide reception cover across multiple client sites, often at short notice, requiring a high level of flexibility
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all locations
Manage all incoming calls efficiently and courteously
Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Handle enquiries while strictly adhering to security and access procedures
Arrange transport requirements, including taxis and local travel
Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different sites and systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
Professional, personable, and client-focused approach
Salary: £33,207 per annum
28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
