We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Therapist to join our dynamic team! you will be based in our Newton Mearns Shopping Centre Clinic, you will deliver expert skincare and aesthetic treatments designed to enhance clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your enthusiasm for skincare, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized consultations and professional treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures
- Provide detailed consultations to assess clients’ skin concerns, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
- Make professional recommendations for skincare routines and products tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with health regulations
- Ensure accurate documentation of treatments performed and client progress in records
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a positive experience from consultation through post-treatment care
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends to continually enhance your skills
Skills
- Proven experience in skincare treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain procedures and answer client questions
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during treatments
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to aesthetic therapy practices
- Enthusiasm for learning new techniques and expanding your expertise in the aesthetics field
- Must have Sales Experience
- Must be able to work Weekends
