Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across designated commercial spaces, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule
- Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to uphold company standards, emphasizing attention to detail and safety procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Develop work schedules for cleaning teams, balancing workload efficiently while accommodating client needs
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and safety checks
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Enforce health and safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning with a strong background in janitorial services or supervisory roles
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and chemical handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
