LBK Insolvency Solutions Limited is an expanding insolvency practice looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insolvency Administrator to join our growing team.
We are currently seeking individuals with previous insolvency experience, whether that’s 6 months, 1 year, or 2+ years, who are looking to develop their skills and progress within a supportive and ambitious firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and wants to be involved in the full lifecycle of insolvency cases. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a friendly and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will assist with the management of a varied portfolio of mainly corporate insolvency cases, including:
- Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)
- Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)
- Company investigations
- General insolvency administration from appointment through to closure
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload and progressing tasks from beginning to end
- Assisting with investigations into directors’ conduct
- Preparing statutory correspondence and reports
- Liaising with directors, creditors, agents, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines and insolvency procedures
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
- Supporting the wider team with ongoing projects and administrative duties
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in insolvency administration (previous experience is preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates at an early stage of their insolvency career)
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing deadlines
- Detail-focused with excellent administrative skills
- Confident communicating with clients, creditors, and stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Keen to learn, develop, and progress within the insolvency profession
