We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Assistant to join our team at the Shinfield British Garden Centre Concession. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a trusted retail brand within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering consistently high standards of customer service.
- Supporting sales performance through effective engagement with customers.
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensuring the concession is fully stocked and well-presented.
- Assisting with deliveries, replenishment and stock organisation.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is essential.
- A strong understanding of customer service and sales.
- Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends as required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older due to lone working responsibilities.
Contract: 12 hours per week, 3x4 hour shifts including 1 day on the weekend and 2 days during the week.
