Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential or commercial projects
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing with accuracy
- Utilize welding techniques for metal fabrication and structural support applications
- Handle electrical wiring and components safely in accordance with codes and standards
- Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction tasks

Requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to construction sites
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
- Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor in various weather conditions
