Lead and develop the NPA's partnership and sponsorship programme, ensuring it delivers meaningful value for members while supporting the Association's commercial objectives.

Identify, evaluate and secure new partnership opportunities through market research, industry insight and proactive business development activity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, negotiating commercially robust agreements that support member needs and organisational growth.

Drive revenue growth through effective account management, partnership development plans and regular performance reviews.

Work collaboratively with Marketing to develop and deliver partner marketing campaigns, ensuring all contractual commitments are fulfilled on time and to a high standard.

Use member feedback, market intelligence and sector insight to identify service gaps and source new partner solutions that enhance the NPA member proposition.

Work alongside the Events team to secure sponsorship support for NPA events, content and programmes, helping to maximise commercial return and achieve cost-neutral delivery where possible.

Manage partnership contracts, reporting, administration and governance, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes.

Maintain high-quality partnership, commercial and member-facing records within Salesforce to support reporting, account management and business decision-making.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure partner services remain relevant, compliant and aligned with strategic priorities.
Hybrid-working pattern: Home working blended with at least 1 day per week working at the NPA's Head Office, just outside of London.
Availability: Immediate or very short notice.

Proven experience in partnership management, sponsorship, business development, account management or a similar commercial role.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify, negotiate and secure profitable partnership opportunities.

Demonstrable experience managing and growing strategic business relationships.

Proven ability to meet revenue, growth and performance targets.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels.

Experience creating and delivering account plans, partnership reviews and commercial growth strategies.

Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

Experience working collaboratively with marketing teams to deliver successful promotional campaigns and partner engagement activities.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience maintaining accurate records and reporting using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Proactive, results-focused and commercially driven approach.

Ability to work independently while building effective relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
