Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
- Observe and report changes in clients' health or wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- A caring, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
