Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to specified recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the team with general kitchen duties such as washing, peeling, chopping, and organising supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Assist with serving food to customers or guests when required
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
