We’re Strategic Business Coaching (trading as Astranti) - an online training provider helping thousands of students in the UK and around the world pass their professional qualifications and move forward in their careers.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone to join our friendly student support team and ensure our prospective and current students receive outstanding guidance and assistance. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for every student, making sure their experience is smooth, supportive and genuinely positive.
In this full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), you'll be the main point of contact for prospective students, providing support across various platforms, including phone, email and instant messaging. You'll need to be a quick learner, a proactive thinker and confident in handling diverse student inquiries.
The role
As a Student Support Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Chatting with prospective students via email, phone and instant messaging
- Responding promptly and effectively to enquiries
- Advising prospective and current students on the most suitable courses based on their personal goals, career aspirations and learning needs
- Offering guidance and advice to help students stay motivated and engaged
- Maintaining accurate student records and tracking progress
- Working as part of the wider team to ensure every student has a brilliant experience with us
