Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee electrical operations on-site. This role involves supervising electrical teams, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and utilizing management tools such as to coordinate schedules effectively. The ideal candidate will possess supervising experience, strong management skills, and proficiency in project planning software to drive successful project execution.
Duties
- Supervise daily electrical activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to develop detailed work schedules
- Manage and mentor electrical technicians and workers, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations, codes, and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control measures are upheld
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment needed for electrical tasks
