About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-prepared lessons and help create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Supervising students in secondary school classrooms
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Keeping students engaged and focused on learning
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
