Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to join our fun team here at Malones Irish bar. As a key member of our pub, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving behind the bar and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area in a very high volume venue. Responsibilities
- Serve drinks to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Serve drinks in accordance to company standards, and ensure quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service and enhance their experience.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable.
- Ability to provide outstanding service in a friendly manner and bring your personality to the job.
- Experience in upselling and being able to showcase our vast range of products.
