Roofing Supervisor
Coopers Roofing Contractors Ltd is a well-established, family-run roofing company based in Knutsford, covering Cheshire and South Manchester.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, leading by example and delivering high-quality workmanship. You’ll oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service.
As Roofing Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating site teams.
- Managing roofing projects from start to completion.
- Planning workloads and ensuring jobs run on schedule.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety.
- Carrying out final quality checks before each project is completed.
- Liaising professionally with customers throughout the works.
- Working closely with the office to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Mentoring apprentices and supporting less experienced team members.
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 2 Roofing (minimum) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading roofing projects and supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of pitched and/or flat roofing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
